The first cohort of Information Technology students at Phenikaa University has officially started the “Geospatial Web Applications” course, a significant milestone in integrating cutting-edge geospatial technology into IT education. Developed as part of the CADEO project (Erasmus CBHE, 2022-2025), this course equips students with essential programming skills to manage, share, and visualize geospatial data using both backend and frontend web technologies.

As climate change adaptation increasingly relies on digital solutions, this initiative ensures that students gain hands-on experience with modern geospatial tools. The course underscores Phenikaa University’s commitment to fostering innovative and industry-relevant education in geospatial intelligence.
